Privacy notice

This notice explains what happens to the details you send us through the enquiry form on badge.org.uk. BADGE (Basic Adult Dance Group for Exercise) is responsible for your information.

What we collect

When you send an enquiry we receive your name, email address, the topic you chose and your message. Your organisation and phone number are optional.

Why we use it

We use your details only to reply to your enquiry, for example to arrange a visit, send governance documents or talk about funding. Our lawful basis is your consent, which you give by ticking the box on the form. We never sell your details or add you to a mailing list.

Where it goes

The website does not store your enquiry. It is checked for spam using Cloudflare Turnstile and then sent straight to BADGE by email using Resend, an email delivery service. The website is hosted by Cloudflare. These companies process the information only to provide their service to us.

We keep enquiry emails for as long as we need them to deal with your request and any follow up, and for no more than two years afterwards.

Cookies

This website does not use advertising or tracking cookies of its own. The spam check may set a cookie that is strictly needed for it to work. The member testimonial videos play through Google Drive's video player, so Google may set its own cookies when you watch one. See Google's privacy policy.

Your rights

You can ask to see the information we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, or withdraw your consent at any time. To do this, use the enquiry form or reply to any email from us. If you are unhappy with how we have handled your information you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office at ico.org.uk.
